I contacted CH and they claim the CH and Bryant BR are exactly the same and interchangeable. They sent me a letter from UL dated August 11, 1998. It claims that Cutler Hammer BR breakers can be used in ANY Challenger, Westinghouse, or Bryant panelboard. However, it does not say Bryant or the other breakers can be used in a Cutler Hammer Panel.

Its also always an incompatible metal problem. Aluminum vs steel except the QO its loose on the buss. But it is failed or failing and mostly about 3 breakers down.

Regardless, look on your panel/panel door. It will list the breakers you can use. If you can't find those, you can look online for a breaker cross reference. Don't use a breaker that looks similar and "kinda fits". It way well cause a fire. Then again, some breakers feel loose until they have breakers on either side.

Your circuit breaker is of the Cutler-Hammer CH series. The newer ones are of the BR series. The older ones CH series. They don't make boxes that use them any longer, but still produce CH breakers as replacements.

Can this CH breaker panel handle tandem breakers
It's a Cutler-Hammer CH Loadcenter. I can't find a model number of any sort, like a G3040 that would mean '30 slots with 40 circuits'. There's nothing like that. It has a 200 AMP main breaker (CSR2200) and 32 full size breaker slots in it. My best guess is it's an older version of the CH32B200J Loadcenter.
